Peterson partners with Port Cameron to develop state-of-the-art port in the Gulf of Mexico

Leading international energy logistics provider Peterson has signed a teaming partnership agreement with Port Cameron LLC, to develop a state-of-the-art port and supply base facility in the Gulf of Mexico. Peterson will provide logistics consultancy services to support the planning and initial development of Port Cameron, a 500-acre deepwater staging port situated in Cameron, Louisiana, serving the Gulf of Mexico.

Peterson awarded five-year integrated logistics contract with Shell

International energy logistics provider Peterson has been awarded a long term integrated logistics contract with oil and gas operator Shell. The five year contract, managed out of Aberdeen, is for integrated supply base and logistics operations supporting Shella’s offshore assets across the UK Northern North Sea.

Peterson strengthens leadership team with new appointment

International energy logistics provider Peterson has appointed Sarah Forbes as director projects & innovation. The appointment follows an investment by Peterson in Core 29, the project management and consultancy business founded by Ms Forbes in Aberdeen in 2012.

First Rigs to Arrive for Decommissioning in Great Yarmouth

The Veolia-Peterson partnership has been awarded two platform decommissioning contracts for recycling at their facility in Great Yarmouth. With an aim of reaching 96% recycling rates the work to recycle materials and assets is expected to begin in spring 2017 when the platforms arrive onshore.

Peterson awarded marine services contract with ENGIE

International energy logistics provider Peterson has been awarded a contract for marine services by ENGIE E&P UK Limited. The contract, managed out of Aberdeen, covers the provision of marine warranty and assurance services in support of ENGIE’s operations across the UKCS.

Offshore Experience now live!

On Friday 16 December the Maritime Museum in Rotterdam, the Netherlands officially opened the Offshore Experience exhibition. The exhibition, where visitors can experience what happens offshore at sea and up to 3 km below the surface, is now open to the public and will run in the Maritime Museum Rotterdam for seven years.

At todays quarterly AMLA (Aberdeen Marine Logistics Alliance) members meeting, facilitator Peterson will launch a new app for members to manage their vessel sharing arrangements.

10,000 days without LTI at Den Helder Airport

On the 27th of July this year, it was exactly 10.000 days since Peterson started operating at the Den Helder Airport location. Starting in 1989 as a sole proprietorship to handle the cargo of the helicopter flights from the NAM, it quickly grew into an all-round service provider for aviation logistics. During this time, we have operated without a single accident.
