Steven Burns

Steven joined Peterson in 2012 and is responsible for delivering the human resources strategy and all people related matters across the business. This includes supporting the business in achieving its strategic ambitions focusing on leadership development, organisational change and employee engagement.

Steven’s hands on approach sees him actively engaged across the business to ensure the conditions exist to have the right people, at the right time, performing to the behaviours expected at Peterson to create a high performing, competent and committed team.

Steven holds an honours degree from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the British Psychological Society.
