Expanding our horizons
Peterson has recently increased its service offering by installing road-loading facilities at its terminals in Aberdeen, Lerwick and Lowestoft.
Alongside our fleet of fuel tankers, this allows us to deliver fuel to many more berths and ports throughout the UK.
Initiatives for alternative fuels
As part of our ongoing commitment to reduce our environmental impact we are actively engaged in initiatives to offer cleaner alternative fuels at our facilities.
Currently we are participating in a feasibility study looking into different cleaner alternative fuels like Methanol, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Gas-to-Liquid (GTL) and bio fuel. The goal of this study is to investigate possibilities of reducing the impact on the air quality of Peterson and our partners’ operations.
