We provide a 24/7 hours a day service manned by our experienced and committed recruitment team, who have responsibility for delivery of this service.

Our recruiters are highly qualified consultants who have a collective wealth of experience in the delivery of permanent and contract/temporary vacancies. The recruitment team is quick to respond to all campaigns, applying innovative sourcing strategies to each recruitment campaign.

Our candidate attraction strategy has been developed over a number of years and allows for our consultants to effectively and efficiently attract quality candidates for our clients.   We undertake various initiatives to continually build talent pools of discipline specific candidates, this incorporates but is not limited to advertising and digital marketing, job fairs, job boards and social media campaigns.

Our consultants follow a sourcing methodology which covers a wide range of sourcing channels, providing direct contact with both active and passive candidates across multiple energy markets. Our sourcing channels include: - specialist recruiters, in-house candidate database, websites, specialist job boards, social media, referrals, targeted advertising and digital marketing campaigns as well as utilising more traditional approaches such as local and trade publications. Our broad sourcing strategy allows us to capture critical talent and build qualified talent pools for our clients.

2016 saw the introduction of the ad hoc availability list which is distributed to our clients. The ad hoc availability list is a spreadsheet of discipline specific, fully registered and qualified candidates who are available for work. This has allowed our clients to reactively and proactively hire experienced professionals and or operatives for any immediate/unplanned needs as well for any projected headcount increase.
